水苏糖是自然界原本就存在的一种物质,在日常食用的蔬菜、治疗疾病的中药材中都含有。本品提取自唇形科水苏属植物宝塔菜,在中国北方,人们经常会将它们腌制成酱菜,供冬天食用。
